We got a tree!

     Ok I must admit I thought I had this hot tea thing down.  I was very upset when I tried to stir the tea and forgot to take out the tea bag.  Murl couldn't stop laughing that I got all tangled up.



     Now Murl was much better off with his hot chocolate...

     I only caught him snacking on a marshmallow!  He really has grown up over the year.  I did however have to talk him right out of doing snow angels in the cocoa mix.  Could you have imagined what a mess he would of made?  Your mom would have had a cow cleaning up that mess!

     We have been hearing your mom talk about all the mail she has been sending and how heavy it is getting.  She assures it is due to the holidays.  So that got me to thinking...we should make Christmas cards.  It's job security for her you know?!?!  Well Murl and I couldn't really agree on what to make or even how to make a card.  We ended up in a sticky situation...

     I do believe we look dashing in our mustaches and have decided we just may keep them.  What do y'all think?  Keep or not keep?

     We did get a tree last night!  We where way too excited!  We actually climbed up to see just how big it was.  I have to admit it's not as big as our trees use to be but I think it's wonderful! 

     We were hoping she would have decorated it today but she keep saying something about letting the limbs relax.  We found them very relaxing so I don't know what she is talking about.

     Tomorrow is a big day!  It's the first of December.  What does that mean?  We only have 25 more days left before we have to leave for another year.  But I'm not thinking about that just yet!  I really hope y'all are having a wonderful weekend.  Did you shop any?  Your mom did and even wrapped a few gifts!  No, I won't tell you what she wrapped or got for that matter.  Y'all have to wait 'til y'all get here and Christmas morning!  I can't wait to see you Abbey and Johnny...I really do miss y'all!









Mom has been decorating...

     We were so excited to see your mom getting into the Christmas spirit.  It's been way too long but I think she is finally coming around!  We were able to sneak out last night and see what she has done!

     Did you know we have a whole village to ourselves?  Yes, it's too cool!  I can even go to school!  Bella hangs out at Betty's Diner or as you can see here...the village Christmas tree.



     We also got to do a little visiting?  You do realize that we do miss Santa a lot when we are away?  So any chance we get to visit is a plus.  Well guess what?  Your mom got out the whole family!  Like there are a few of them here.  However our favorite is Santa...



     Then Bella sat me down and explained the real reason for the Christmas holiday. 



     I really think Bella is super smart and I am so happy that she is here to teach me these important things in life.  Without her I have to wonder where I would be and how much trouble I would be in?  What do you think?  Where would I be?

     It is almost time for y'all to open your boxes and read our letters.  We can't explain how excited we are.  We have been planning the whole summer on how we could come together.  It tore us up but we finally put a plan together!  I of course wanted to go to college with you Abbey.  I mean how much fun would it be to follow you around campus?  Bella wanted to come to your house Johnny.  I'm sure to be bossy and tell you what to do.  Just kidding, she really isn't that bad and I love her to pieces!   I think I may let her do some typing but normally she is busy figuring out what and how to do things.  As I said earlier...she's pretty smart!

     Just a few more days...toddles!

Packing it up!

     Today we knew we were going to be cutting it close.  What are we cutting it close on?  Oh the packages we are getting ready to mail off to y'all!  It has been extremely hard getting everything organized and wrapped and packed and...  I just wanted to scream!  Instead I took some deep breaths and a few pictures!

 



     I caught Bella writing her note to you Abbey.  I noticed she just couldn't keep from smiling.  The more she wrote the bigger the smile got.

 



     I also caught her packing the box.  She of course got all mad because I took a picture and didn't help her from falling in the box.  Geesh, she needs to take a chill pill!  It is like we are in boot camp or something.  She's forever the bossy one!

 



     I tried to have a little fun...

 



     Yeah that's Bella sitting me down talking about all the safety issues I am rising.  You would think she has grown up or something over the past year.  Sort of like she is growing into her own.  It's like she went to college with you or something Abbey.  Can you tell her that you have fun too and it's not all work?

     I'm sure I heard your mom talking about how we two act a lot like y'all.  And Johnny, it's ok to be curious and mischievous as long as it is all in good fun, right?  Girls will never understand and they drool!  I saw Bella's pillow last night, ewwwww is all I'm saying!

     Time is closing in and we are anxious to let y'all in on our Christmas spirit...but all in good time!  We wanted to let you know that you can post to our notes too.  This way we are interacting with each other.  This is going to be sooooo much fun!  You don't know how much we have missed y'all.  Well maybe Bella was too busy being bossy...nah, she's excited too!

     Until something exciting happens we await y'all learning about the blog...toddles! 

It's almost time!

     Oh my goodness...Bella and I have been busy learning all kinds of new skills.  Like what?  Well blogging!  Last year we knew that we probably needed to learn how to communicate over so many miles.  In reality we really think your parents are CRAZY, however things happen for a reason.

     It has been horrible!  I wanted only to enjoy the nice summer laying on a beach drinking orange juice but Bella wouldn't let this whole "We have got to learn about all this new technology these kids know."  It has been sooooo hard to learn these skills.  You kids are like super humans or something!

    

 
     See here she is being so bossy and trying to act like a teacher telling me all about blogging.  It isn't like I'm a dummy or anything!  However we made it through the summer.  We learned many things and we can't wait to share those with y'all.  But first....no we aren't taking a "selfie", well not yet that is, we want to say just one thing...

We are so back!!! 

 



     Bella also thought we should catch up the what you young folk are doing, hence the "selfie" comment.  As I said before, you kids are like super awesome and we don't really know how y'all stuff so much into your heads.  As we go through the days until we get to see y'all again we will show you all that we have learned.  We might even show you what we didn't learn so well too!  There are so many things we had to practice over and over.  Some we still are practicing.

     One thing is for sure though, we certainly have missed you kids!  We want to know everything y'all have done over the summer, through school, oh yeah even college Abbey!  How much partying have you been doing?  Shhhhh, we won't tell A.N.Y.O.N.E.  (Yeah we learned how to spell with periods to emphasize our words...so up to date we are becoming). 

     Until we can get signed onto your mother's account again we hope y'all have a wonderful day.  We are soooooo excited to be back and bringing you the Christmas spirit.  

     Oh yeah...I guess we should explain y'alls' packages!  Starting the day after Thanksgiving you kids get to open a present/package each day.  As I said, we learned so much over the summer and we are bringing it to y'all!  We are still going to do all the things we did before and report back to Santa each night.  I'm betting your mother will report to y'all each morning just to let y'all know all our "troubles".  Bella and I will however be blogging to y'all each night too.  How much fun is that?  We are soooooo current, just like current events.  Yeah I just typed that!
